Pineapple & Kale Smoothie for Healthy Digestion

Fresh pineapple next to a green smoothie, ingredients for a pineapple and kale smoothie for healthy digestion.

Light and refreshing, this Pineapple & Kale Smoothie combines pineapple, leafy greens, ginger, and chia seeds in a simple, digestion-supportive breakfast. With enzyme-rich pineapple, leafy greens, and fiber-packed chia, it’s proof that nourishment can be both vibrant and simple.

Why It’s Good for Digestion

Pineapple contains bromelain, a group of enzymes that helps break down proteins. Kale adds insoluble fiber to support regularity, while lemon and fresh ginger round out the smoothie with bright, digestive-friendly flavor. Together, they create an easy, daily ritual for gut health and energy.

Even better? The chia seeds add soluble fiber to help balance blood sugar and feed your microbiome, keeping things steady long after breakfast.
